Anger is a defense mechanism against perceived threat on our well being, however mismanaged  anger may lead to frustration, which is one of the major factors for most of the crimes like domestic abuse, road rage, workplace violence, divorce etc etc.
 If we have to get rid of     frustration then we must do meditation for at least half an      hour a day or walk for at least half an hour a day or  listen to music or read write or go for  outing. .A  spiritual inclined mind always  eliminates frustration completely. Whenever we feel frustrated,  we must think about positive aspects of our personality ie our education, our family etc etc  and such thinking shall create positive vibrations within us. We encounter several annoying events in our lives which produce frustration within us. Frustration arises from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of our individual desires. The greater the obstruction and greater the will, the more the frustration is likely to be. Causes of frustration may be internal or external. In people, internal frustration may arise from challenges in fulfilling personal goals and desires, instinctual drives and needs, or dealing with perceived deficiencies, such as a lack of confidence or fear of social situations. Conflict can also be an internal source of frustration; when one has competing goals that interfere with one another, it can create reasonable disagreement. External causes of frustration involve conditions outside an individual’s control, such as a blocked road or a difficult task. While coping with frustration, some individuals may engage in passive and aggressive behavior, making it difficult to identify the original cause of their frustration, as the responses are indirect. Therefore aggression is  more direct and common response. Frustration is reflection of  lack of confidence within us. 
Every human being experiences frustration. Frustration, at times may also,  become  a        motivator to our change and growth. This is possible only if we know how to  handle our      frustration &  constructively cope and deal with it. If we are able to seize opportunities in our lives to learn, change, and grow, we find that obstacles will be overcome,  leading to a number of gratifying rewards. We must analyze the reason of  frustration, and conclude      either we can do  something about it or we can not do any thing. Most of the famous poets and writers have authored their best work during a state of depression. 

We may also consult our support  network of  family friends or  co workers & try to  put the frustration aside  which shall   definitely go away with time. 

We must 
1.	Recognize that frustration is only temporary & we  can't remain frustrated forever
2.	Try to  Calm down - If we are  feeling frustrated
3.	If we are  doing something, which is not working then we must put a full stop to that activity

We must realize the truth of life that is that “ Nothing is permanent in this world including our problems”  Life is a circle....! Today's sorrow shall turn to happiness tomorrow. And this positive attitude, shall always help us  overcome frustration...................
