Introduction |
The registration assessment is the assigned Team Leader’s responsibility and is a detailed system of auditing a client’s |
operations against the relevant specification, their documented system and then compiling a report. |
The procedure requires: |
1 Assesment preparation |
2 An assessment schedule |
3 An introductory meeting between the assessment team and representatives of the client |
4 An assessment |
Intermediate daily meetings |
6 A final meeting at which the findings of the assessment team is presented to the company |
7 An assessment report |
8 Recommendation for Registration or Further Assessment |
9 Corrective action follow up |
Purpose |
The purpose of initial assessment is to establish that the client’s operations conform to the specification and the proposed scope of registration |
