TITLE: CONDUCT OF REGISTRATION ASSESSMENT
 
Introduction
 
The registration assessment is the assigned Team Leader’s responsibility and is a detailed system of auditing a client’s
operations against the relevant specification, their documented system and then compiling a report.
The procedure requires:
1  Assesment preparation
2  An assessment schedule
3   An introductory meeting between the assessment team and   representatives of the client
4   An assessment
Intermediate daily meetings
6  A final meeting at which the findings of the assessment team is presented to the company
7 An assessment report
8  Recommendation for Registration or Further Assessment
9   Corrective action follow up
Purpose
The purpose of initial assessment is to establish that the client’s operations conform to the specification and the proposed scope of registration
