“If All citizens of Bharat should enjoy equal rights and equal responsibilities before the law, irrespective of their religion, caste, language, or region.
Then why several frauds,.by Congress leadership especially related to legally owned properties of hindus, during partition and consequent to partition. Who is accountable?
In this context, several questions arise regarding policies pursued by successive Congress governments.
First, after the Partition of India on religious lines and the creation of Pakistan as a separate homeland for Muslims, why were these religious communities in India granted special legal and administrative arrangements that were not available to others? Was this consistent with the constitutional principle of equality?
Second, regarding the Waqf system, many citizens have questioned why statutory powers were expanded over time through Waqf legislation. Concerns have also been raised about claims over waqf lands & waqf properties, disputes involving ownership,. These concerns deserve transparent and democratic examination.
Third, why did governments choose to provide financial support for the Haj pilgrimage through public resources for many years, while maintaining a different approach towards pilgrimages associated with other faiths especially Hinduism.
Should the State be involved in subsidizing religious pilgrimages at all?
Fourth, questions have also been raised about the payment of salaries, honorariums, or other forms of support to religious functionaries like Moullavis in certain institutions using taxpayer funds, by Congress governments. Citizens naturally ask whether public money should be used for religious purposes and, if so, whether equal standards should apply to all communities.
Genuine secularism means neither discrimination nor appeasement. The State should not favor or disadvantage any community. Public policy should be guided by national interest, constitutional equality, social harmony, and justice for all citizens. Congress leadership is accountable for these frauds in hindu part of partitioned india.
Who shall deliver justice to hindu population betrayed by Congress leadership during and after partition based on religion?
Why Congress governments allocated compensation to betrayed hindu population of Pakistan, consequent to partition in ghost villages which do not exist on this planet?
These questions are not directed against any community. Rather, they concern the principles upon which public policy should be based in a democratic republic. And Congress leadership had failed in every field A mature democracy must be willing to discuss such issues openly, respectfully, and without fear.
